Privacy policy

This document explains what data I collect when you visit the site or contact me, why I collect it and what rights you have over it.

Last updated: October 2026.

1. Data controller

I am responsible for the data described in this document: Vuk Stojković, a freelancer based in Belgrade, Serbia. For any privacy question I am reachable at stojkovicv86@gmail.com.

2. What data I collect

Data you send yourself

When you email me: your name, email address, site address and the content of the message. I use them solely to reply and, if an engagement follows, to run the project.

Site usage data

Aggregate visit statistics through analytics tools: pages visited, traffic source, device type and approximate location at city level. This data is aggregated and is not used to identify you.

Guide purchase data

Digital guides are sold through an external platform. Payment and card data are processed by that platform under its own rules. I never see or store card details.

3. Legal basis and purpose

I process the messages you send on the basis of your request, that is, preparing or performing a contract. I use analytics on the basis of a legitimate interest in understanding how the site performs, and I set non-essential cookies only with your consent.

4. Cookies and analytics

The site uses two kinds of cookies:

—Essential keep the site working and remember your cookie choice. They cannot be switched off.
—Analytics are Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console, for measuring traffic and search visibility. They are set only if you accept them.

You can change your choice at any time through the cookie settings in the footer, or by clearing cookies in your browser settings.

5. Who I share data with

I do not sell data or share it for marketing purposes. Only the services I use have access, to the extent they need it: my hosting and email provider, analytics tools and the platform the guides are sold through. Some of them process data outside Serbia, under standard contractual clauses on data protection.

6. How long I keep data

I keep business correspondence for as long as it is relevant to the engagement, and at most three years from the last contact. Documentation required for tax and legal obligations is kept for the periods the law prescribes. Analytics data is kept in aggregate form, under the tools’ default retention periods.

7. Your rights

At any time you can request:

—access to the data I hold about you, and a copy of it
—correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
—erasure of data, where no legal obligation requires me to keep it
—restriction of processing, or an objection to processing
—withdrawal of consent for analytics cookies

Send your request to stojkovicv86@gmail.com . I respond within 30 days. If you believe your rights have been breached, you can contact the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection.

8. Changes to this policy

If the way data is processed changes, I will update this document and the last-updated date at the top of the page. Material changes will be clearly marked.
