Each of these services can be a one-off engagement or part of a monthly retainer. The work is the same, only how long I stay on the project changes.
Every service below sits somewhere on this loop. Most sites have four stages that work well and one that quietly ruins the rest.
The problem: the existing audit is a list of eighty errors in no particular order. The dev team does not know what comes first, so nothing gets done, or the easiest thing does, which changes nothing.
What I do: a full-site crawl through Screaming Frog, JetOctopus or Lumar, a review of Search Console data and recent changes, then findings ranked on an impact × effort matrix with an explanation of why something waits.
The problem: new pages wait weeks to be indexed while Googlebot crawls filters, parameters and pagination. Search Console shows it a month later; the logs show it immediately.
What I do: server log analysis to see what Googlebot actually crawls and how often, then I close the leaks: robots rules, parameters, internal linking and a sitemap that matches the real state of the site.
The problem: canonicals say one thing, internal links another and the sitemap a third. When signals disagree, Google decides for you, usually on the page you never wanted ranking.
What I do: a review of canonical logic, clean-up of redirect chains, repair of the internal link structure and control over what is allowed into the index at all, so every signal says the same thing.
The problem: one-way links, wrong region codes and pages missing from the set. The result is the wrong language version ranking in the wrong market.
What I do: setting up and validating complete hreflang networks across languages and markets, making sure every version has its pair and that the sets do not fall apart at the next publish.
The problem: a noindex survives from staging, robots.txt gets overwritten, schema disappears after a redesign. Without checks before and after the deploy, it surfaces a month later, through a traffic drop.
What I do: a QA cycle around every deploy, staging verification and validation of SEO-critical elements during a migration: redirect mapping, pre-launch checks and monitoring right after.
The problem: the site looks good but has no SEO logic: improvised structure, no measurement set up, and the first audit arrives a year later asking for everything to be rebuilt.
What I do: I design and build the site, from a one-pager up to fifteen pages, with structure and a keyword plan before the build, technical SEO built in along the way and GSC/GA4 measurement from day one. I do not build shops.
That is exactly what the intro call is for. Send a URL and describe what worries you. I look at the site before we talk.
